This is an old stamp and one from the 1800s that is super light green and very rare, they don't make them anymore.
This stamp was made to mark the Turn of the Century of 1900 and was used on through the Century until it was used up and people still use them but the strange thing about this it also has a postmark that shows its old and others have only a stamp that has less value and postmarked stamp proves its been postmarked and issued and stamped in the years it needed to be instead of way in the future.
